1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are monthly or annual per the tier you select (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise). Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. Annual plans include 2 months free. You can cancel anytime — service continues until the end of your current billing period.
3. Your data
You own your data. We process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy. You can export all data at any time. We delete it within 30 days of account cancellation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal activity; (b) attempt to bypass security or access other accounts; (c) send spam through guest messaging features; (d) reverse-engineer the Service or copy our AI prompts/models.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for paid tiers (excluding planned maintenance with 48 hours notice). We provide status updates at status.project404.io. We do not guarantee 100% availability and are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate with notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for severe violations).
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
9. Updates
Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
